Bradford Libraries

Even though all of Bradford's libraries are shut, you can still access e-books and e-audiobooks using an online service.

Of course, you will need to be a member of Bradford Libraries to use the service.

If you are not yet a  member , you can join despite the lockdown.  Your library number and PIN will be emailed to you.

Unfortunately, this link cannot yet  be used for new child members.  But adults have access to the whole catalogue, and can borrow children's books.

The following is to some advice for parents on managing children through school closure from Save the Children

In the event that our pupils cannot attend school on a daily basis, the following resources can be used to ensure that pupils learning continues.

We encourage you to do the following:

  • Read as much as possible: We are giving children extra reading material so they don’t spend their isolation period in front of a screen.
  • Home learning packs: Your child’s class teachers will send a pack of age appropriate paper based activities to complete with your children at home. These will include some project style research tasks for your children to complete.
  • Use the links below to help your home learning:

Even when your school is closed, your teachers are still on hand to support you!

To contact your class teacher by email for questions, support, advice etc please use the following link. They will aim to reply on the same day.

Children in years 1 – 6 can use ‘Times Tables Rock Stars’ to help them to learn and increase their speed recall of times tables. They have their own log in from school. If they do not know their log in, please contact their teacher through email ( Go to PARENTS>COMMUNICATION for contact)
