1. Can you remember what we mean by symmetry? Where something is the same in both halves. Below are some examples. Around your home could you find some examples of your own and draw them?

2. Read for between 10 -15 minutes then tell an adult about what it is you read.

3. Lets get moving.  Can you remember the stretches that we do in the classroom?

Take some deep breaths start with your neck; do 4 each of these chin to collar bone

look up at the ceiling (with your mouth closed)

left ear to left shoulder

right ear to right shoulder

bring your right arm across your chest and lock it in with your left arm

then repeat with the left arm

Now for my favourite!

Bend to the side (don't lean forward or back), hold it then add your arm over your head.  That's it - feel that stretch!

Repeat with the other side.

Take your right ankle with your right hand, can you balance - if it helps keep looking at the same spot.  Once you have your balance can you put your knees together?  How long can you hold it for?

Repeat with the left leg.

Now take a large step forward with your right foot, and then bend your right knee, remember to keep your left foot flat on the floor. Can you feel a stretch up the back your leg. Repeat with the left foot forward.

Could you think of a stretch of your own?

4. I love this idea, remember the maths activity? Have a go at creating your own butterfly. Use things that you find around your home or your garden

5.  Have a look on the BBC bitesize page and choose an activity to do today.
