PE W/C 5th October

Hi Year 1,


I hope you are all well and keeping busy at home. Although you are at home it is still important we stay active so I have set you a workout below to complete for this week's PE lesson. I would go through the workout at least twice with a short break in between to grab a drink. Also on the 2nd time you could even mix it up and add your own exercises yes.
