Dear Parents, Carers and Visitors,
After the Government announcement over the weekend to tighten restrictions due to the new Covid varient, all staff at St Philip's CE Primary Academy will now be wearing face coverings in communal areas, inside the school building.
We also ask that parents, carers and visitors wear masks when they are inside the school building. This will need to be a mask that covers the nose, mouth and chin. Scarves will not be sufficient.
At present, we are happy to report that we have had very few cases of Covid-19 during the autumn term and that this move is to help reduce the risk of a new variant spreading amongst our community. Please be assured this is a precautionary measure in-line with government guidance.
Thank you for your continued support through these uncertain times.
