    Data Protection Officer (DPO) for BDAT is appointed from the senior team, in order to:

    • Inform and advise the Trust and its employees about their obligations to comply with the GDPR and other data protection laws.
    • Monitor the Trust’s compliance with the GDPR and other laws, including managing internal data protection activities, advising on data protection impact assessments, conducting internal audits, and providing the required training to staff members

     
    Ms S Knowd, School Business Manager, at St Philip's CE Primary Academy has been appointed as Data Protection Coordinator (DPC) who will be the central point of contact within the school for data protection issues. In emergencies and in holiday periods, contact can be made via the central team on info@bdat-academies.org
